The new digital services suite, called Smiley Digital ™, is a perfect complement to Smiley Terminal and Smiley Touch products, as it gives companies high volumes of experience feedback for their physical and digital channels.

By covering online experiences, Smiley Digital ™ can get feedback on 3 levels - Smiley's choice - follow-up selection - open comments - from customers, visitors, partners and employees. The high response rates, combined with the information analyzed in the reporting service, allow companies to quickly identify problematic services, discover the causes and make improvements that can be tracked and measured.

There are three different Smiley Digital service options available:

Solo

  •     It is a purely digital survey solution both in the digital experience and in the contact points of the physical location.
  •     Several ways to capture feedback, including emails, SMS messages, printed or digital receipts, applications, and QR code placements.

Embed

  •     Surveys can be integrated into mobile applications, web pages, online stores and intranet pages.
  •     Easily implemented with JavaScript code,
  •     Response rates can be increased with optimal placement
  •     It can be placed on a product search page or a shopping cart.

Pop-up (formerly Web Smileys)

  •     Can be added to any web page, online store or intranet page and boast an average response rate of 80%. This service is always linked to a Smiley Terminal or Touch product.
  •     It can be used on a page towards the end of the customer's digital experience, such as on the "thank you" or payment page.
  •     It allows customers to provide feedback on their overall experience.
