The initial situation:

With high number of cash transactions, tellers were some times particularly busy. Thus, customers had to wait longer to make the desired operations. Meanwhile, aiming to a more personal approach with customers, ProCredit Bank led the search for a solution which could allow the bank officers to have a direct dialog with customers in order to provide an efficient information .

The solution:

Eutron Invest Romania, provider and integrator of Teller Automation Solutions, installed at ProcCredit Bank Romania the first Teller Cash Recyclers in Romania - a TCR Twin Safe ES (TCR TS ES) model, manufactured by Talaris (GB). TCR TS ES is an automated banknote recycling machine operated by tellers and designed to automate cash deposits and withdrawals in front office.
